What’s the Big Deal About Small?
For years, we’ve been the go-to guys for large-scale pH Neutralisation Systems in production facilities. But lately, we’ve been hearing a chorus of “Can you make it smaller?” echoing from labs across the land. Well, we listened, we tinkered, and voila! We’ve extended our range downwards to bring you these nifty, space-saving bits of kit.
What does it do?
Our pH Neutralisation Systems take your liquid waste (which could be either on the acidic or alkaline end of the scale) and bring it back to a neutral state. Why? Because when you’re releasing waste to municipal sewers or effluent treatment plants, you need to play by the rules and make sure the pH is in the correct range beforehand.
What is it made from? We’re offering these pH Neutralisers in three materials:
- 316 stainless steel (for the classic look)
- Duplex stainless steel (for those who like to double down)
- Thermoplastics (for the lightweight must-haves)

While these systems are typically for waste streams (so no strict GMP requirements here), we believe in going the extra mile. We’ve incorporated GMP principles into all our designs. That means they’re engineered for excellence and made of easily cleanable materials, and ready for their close-up at any time.
Testing, Testing, 1-2-3
Before these systems leave our facility, they go through a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test. We use high-tech monitoring equipment. Your team can come and watch as we put the system through its paces, meeting all your requirements, beyond standard benchmarks.
On-Site Set-Up
Once your new pH Neutraliser arrives at your facility, we don’t just drop it off and run. We stick around for the Site Acceptance Test. This is where we connect it to your utilities and double-check that everything we tested in the factory still works perfectly in its new home.
Remote Monitoring!
Here is something for you to be excited about! We’re working on a mobile phone/tablet interface for all our systems. Soon, you’ll be able to monitor your pH levels while sipping a perfect brew out-of-office. Now that’s what we call work-life balance!
So what can you monitor? It monitors and records everything! Flow rates, temperatures, pressures, times, power consumption – you name it, we track it. And it’s all stored electronically, so you can look back on what happened a year ago to track trends.
Bonus: All this data complies with the FDA standard 21 CFR 11. That means once it’s recorded, it’s tamper-proof. Record-keeping at its finest!
