Buffer and Media Preparation Systems utilise all of Suncombe 50 years+ of processing experience for precise preparation. Using fixed or mobile stainless steel vessels, the system incorporate agitators for mixing and in-line mixers for component additions and blending, to ensure that the preparations are carried out in a controlled and contained manner.
Our engineers and designers pay exacting attention to ensure the precise, efficient and safe operation of your Preparation Systems. Skid mounted, the systems include associated equipment, instrumentation and piping together with agitators, vent filters, mixers and metering solutions, incorporated with a stand alone or integrated control system. 3D modelled, any requirements for gantries or access platforms are incorporated, together with locations for Operator Interface and Intervention.
Material: 316 Stainless steel, duplex or Hastelloy
Operating Temperature: Ambient to 140°C (Sterilising)
Operating Voltage: 230VAC or 400VAC (24VDC control)
Automation: ControlSuite Levels 1000 to 4000 (option for DCS control)
Reporting: Printed records optional 21CFR11 electronic records and batch reports.
