INTRODUCTION TO STORAGE & MIXING VESSELS

For over 50 Years. Suncombe has been a leading manufacturer of hygienic and sterile Tanks & Vessels. Manufactured in stainless steel, duplex and Hastelloy materials, our vessels have been supplied to many major worldwide corporations in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical, Personal Care, Food, Dairy, Beverage and Process Sectors

We offer a range of standard solutions and custom vessels. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand and meet our customers’ particular needs by producing custom stainless steel vessels to match their precise requirements. Our pressure vessels are PED Certified and conform to PD 5500, ASME VIII, EN13445 and other internationally recognised standards.

With in-house control, instrumentation and process designers, we work with our clients to develop, manufacture, install and validate an entire system. Our ranges encompass static and mobile pressure, vacuum and atmospheric tanks and vessels with spray devices, mixers, jackets, valves, instrumentation and control systems.

A vessel (or pressure vessel) is defined as a closed container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure different from the ambient pressure. Suncombe can supply both Atmospheric Tanks and Pressure Vessels, as required for the application. Pressure Vessels are typically designed to PD5500, ASME VIII or EN13445, although other standards are available.

All Suncombe equipment is designed, developed, modeled, manufactured, finished, tested, documented and Factory Acceptance Tested in our manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom. The equipment is also available for inspection throughout production.
